Thanks to ER nurses Olivia and Vina for going above and beyond in helping me during a dire situation. I came into ER needing an immediate attention and being pregnant poses a higher risk. I waited for almost 3 hours and I was in extreme pain and agony that prompted me to ask for help. Olivia right away listened to me and Vina hopped in to ensure a doctor can see me right away. Olivia assisted me professionally and while Vina didn't give me firsthand care, she made sure to keep checking on me. The compassion, care and concern she showed meant the world to me at that time. I hope all nurses can be like Vina. Please give her the recognition she truly deserves!
