To the whole team, we know Natalie is a very hard "poke", and we appreciate that you were able to get a central line into her and then also to adjust it when it began to move from dressing changes (and Natalie's little fingers). The team is fantastic and professional you kept Natalie calm and let her listen to Elmo the whole time that she was getting the procedure done. As her mom, I appreciated how quickly you were able to get the line in and provide access for her medications and electrolytes. And also, for keeping me calm as I waited out in the waiting room for her. You reassured me that she would be okay and I agree, she was absolutely in the best hands! Thank you!!
