Words can't describe the appreciation and thanks my family and I have for Cassandra during our difficulty times in the hospital. She took the time to talk to me and support me emotionally. I wasn't just another patient's family, I was someone who needed that support during the hard times. Since my family member had moved to a long term care facility, Casssandra kept her word and came to visit. The truly brought comfort to me that these aren't just healthcare workers, these are people who build relationship and care for others. Our healthcare are truly bless to have people like Cassandra.
