I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the healthcare workers at the Grey Nuns Emergency department. I can't get over how kind, patient and compassionate you are, every single one of you! I brought my mom in and she was there for about a day and a half so we saw a lot of staff. As an outsider, it seems like a tough business to be in, but you all handled every situation with such professionalism and even with humour. I can't tell you how much I admire and appreciate your work in the healthcare industry. A million thank you's for all you do on a daily basis and do with such kindness!
