I am so grateful to the amazing team who was working at South Health campus emergency intake over the Easter long weekend. It was incredible to see such calm professionalism in the face of a roller coaster evening, and the ability to cater to each individual’s needs and meet them where they were at. I have so much gratitude to the team for their help with my problems, and finally diagnosing an issue that has plagued me for weeks. I finally feel like there’s a hope for recovery, which I did not think was possible on Saturday morning before I came to the hospital. I am so grateful for this safety net that is staffed by such incredible people. Thank you so much for everything that you do.
