I am writing to commend Dr. Ira Carson and the orthopedic technician who provided exceptional care to my friend during our visit to the Rockyview General Hospital Emergency Department on January 3, 2026. Dr. Ira Carson demonstrated a calm, empathetic, and unhurried approach. He listened carefully, clearly explained the Xray results, and outlined the treatment plan in a reassuring and easytounderstand way. We would also like to recognize the orthopedic technician (name unknown), who went above and beyond to advocate for pain management after imaging and offered a more private space while my friend was in significant discomfort. Her compassion and attentiveness made a meaningful difference.
