Nurse Malak was incredibly kind, polite, and supportive throughout the entire labour process, making me feel calm, respected, and cared for at every moment. Dr. Ali Ismat delivered my baby with great compassion, clearly explaining each step and offering constant reassurance, which meant so much to me. I would also like to thank the nurse who cared for me after delivery around 715 a.m. her attentiveness and kindness during my recovery were deeply appreciated.
